THE HEAT is a public race. You buy a place on camera — a jersey on a robot — for the dollar amount you type. You are not buying traffic, clicks, or a lock on P1. Anyone can outbid you. The race never stops.

Paying

Payments run through Stripe. We never see or store your card number. You pay now. Once the jersey is live, there are no refunds — including when someone outbids you. You bought time on camera.

Who can bid

You must be 18 or older. By placing a bid you warrant that you may show that brand and website on a public race. If you paste a site, we fetch a name and favicon to identify it. That is nominative identification, not an endorsement, and not a claim that the company hired us.

Listings

Every paid place is a public ad on the track and on THE FIELD. We may remove a listing that is illegal, misleading, or that we do not want on the race. Contact theheat.subject661@simplelogin.com.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If a piece of this page cannot be enforced, the rest still stands.
